The consultant will provide multi-disciplinary services across all ADNEC projects, covering all phases from initiation to construction. Key responsibilities include architectural, interior, structural, MEP, civil, fire, lighting, landscape, IT, signage, acoustics, sustainability, and cost/project management. The consultant will ensure compliance with local and international standards, coordinate with other consultants, conduct site surveys and dilapidation assessments, and provide regular progress reports to the employer.
