The project involves constructing a new bridge next to the existing ADNEC pedestrian bridge over Khaleej Al Arabi Road, connecting the ADNEC Grandstand Building and the ADNEC marina. The new bridge should include travelator provisions to enhance pedestrian movement. Consultancy services should cover all project phases, including preliminary site surveys, feasibility studies, detailed design, tendering, construction supervision, commissioning, and post-construction monitoring. Key objectives include ensuring regulatory compliance, minimizing disruption to the existing infrastructure, and ensuring seamless connectivity between the ADNEC sites. The project aims to deliver high-quality design and construction, integrating travelator systems and providing comprehensive site and project management, quality assurance, and safety planning. Deliverables include concept and detailed design documents, environmental impact assessments, tender documents, and final project reports, ensuring a structured approach from design through to project completion and performance monitoring. The timeline estimates six months for design and tendering, another six months for construction and commissioning, and a one-year defects notification period. The budget should be developed during the feasibility study phase, and the project will adhere to ADNEC’s standard terms and conditions.
